Nowadays it's hard to find 3 "R"s ( Reasonable, Reliable, and Respectful). We got our full lawn installation from Cale starting with stump grinding, trash removal, planting fruit trees, grading and hydroseeding. It was relatively a large project, not only due to large yard but also how much trash was buried there. Before grading, my yard looked messy, and i didn't realize we had that much space but after clearing those stumps and making the area clear, it's a nice big yard. Thank you for your hard work Cale. He will also follow up with you after the job is complete to answer any questions and to check on the yard progress.

I handed Cale a pretty complex project and he delivered exactly what I was looking for. Cale excavated and cut back a large hill in my backyard and transferred the dirt to ‘build up’ a newly cleared side yard. In the process, he cleared about 30 tree stumps, moved numerous large rocks, installed a proper french drain, and coordinated dirt and top soil delivery and spread for final lawn prep. Cale is a hard worker and takes pride in how the job looks and how satisfied I was with progress as we went. He worked with me to ensure I got the backyard transformation that I wanted and kept a good attitude even when I asked to expand the scope of work as we went. I cannot thank Cale enough for how great this turned out. Highly recommended!

Cale was amazing I reached out to him to see if he could do a job for me and he got back to me very quickly we discussed what I was looking for and he gave me a great price so we discussed the job. Cale was at my house when he said he would be and he was very professional. Cale is a meticulous, hard working, business owner. We were very impressed with his attention to detail and quality of work. I was able to observe him when he constructed our 14 x 20 stone pad for our new shed, and 60’ trench for the electrical connection; he works methodically and is extremely organized. We also received over a half dozen quotes and Cale was one of the contenders for being one of the most affordable options. His estimate was thorough and his communication via email, text, and phone were all top notch before, during, and after the project. I find him to be trustworthy and earnest, which in my opinion is a rare quality these days. I wouldn’t hesitate to hire him again and give him my highest recommendation.

Having recently purchased a new house, I was in need of a large parking/turnaround area. I’ve seen social media posts of work that the owner Cale of Lennon Land Management had done and was always impressed with what I saw. I also had a friend who highly recommended Cale after he had a large job done in his back yard. Cale went over all my options for the install and material for my 40x40 lot. He recommended installing 1 1/4” processed stone which he ended up doing and it came out awesome. While he was there with the skid steer and mini excavator, I contracted him to do approximately 6 hours of cleanup around the property including removing old brush piles, grading and relocating large rocks. Cale is very thorough in the work he does ensuring it’s all done perfectly. His pricing is also very reasonable. I’m not one for writing reviews, however Cale Lennon of Lennon Land Management deserves one. The communication from the start has been very clear and to the point. When he started the work, he went above and beyond to make sure it looked good and was done right. He is extremely professional and local. I will 100% use him for any of our future projects

Cale worked on a major clearing and grading project in our overgrown yard and laid a gravel pad for a shed. He did excellent work in a tricky area navigating a slope, existing stone walls and our well. His work exceeded our expectations at a fair price. Would recommend Cale without hesitation and look forward to working with him on other projects soon!

Apologies for the late review! Our vegetation removal and grading project was completed in August 2023. It was an absolute pleasure working with Cale. When he first came out to take a look at the work I wanted done I had asked for a ballpark figure. He knew his costs so well, and how long the job would take, so he was able to give me an exact price on the spot, and it was the exact amount I was anticipating the job would cost me! He was easy to talk to, and was kind and courteous from start to finish. Cale is a man of integrity, he's true to his word, and he lets his work speak for itself; truly a man of his craft! I was overly satisfied with my results and would highly recommend Lennon Land Management for all your projects!

We had Lennon Land Management recently build us a small boulder retaining wall around part of a newly constructed playscape. Cale did an excellent job on our retaining wall! He was very respectful and communicative throughout the whole process. The work we needed done involved an area that he had to go over our septic tank to get to and he knew how to take that into consideration and was not worried at all (other contractors we spoke to were unwilling to work with this). We chose to keep our old stairs and just replace the surrounding wall. He was also able to level out an area in our yard that was previously a large dirt mound, remove some large boulders, and spread mulch on our garden area that the retaining wall was used for while he was here. He did a great job cleaning up after all of the work and seeded new grass for us after. We would definitely work with him again in the future!

My wife and I are absolutely dumbfounded still by how beautiful our yard expansion has turned out. I have worked with many people over the years and I have never found someone who is more passionate and caring about the work. Cale went above and beyond to make our dream yard come true.
